How Sekoman Group handles the personal information you share with us. Last updated: 15 October 2026.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Sekoman Group, which is made up of two companies. Each one is responsible for the personal information it handles in its region:

2. What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us:
- Enquiries: when you use our contact form, your name, phone number, email address and message are sent to us by email at info@sekoman.com. Nothing is stored on this website.
- Job applications: the CV, cover letter and contact details you email us.
- Emails and calls: any information you give us when you write to us or call us.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for a short period to keep the site secure and running.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare offers, contracts and shipments you ask us for.
- To assess job applications and contact candidates.
- To keep records required by law, for example for signed contracts and invoices.
We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not send newsletters. We never sell your personal information.
4. Who can see it
Your information is used only within Sekoman Group: our staff in Dubai and Hong Kong may access it when needed to handle your request. We do not share it with partners or other third parties.
We rely on three technical providers that process data on our behalf: Google Workspace (our email service), Vercel (website hosting) and FormSubmit (which forwards contact form messages to our inbox). Their servers may be located outside the United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong. We may also disclose information if required by law or by a competent authority.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and related emails: up to 2 years after our last exchange, unless they lead to a contract.
- Contracts and transaction records: for as long as the law requires us to keep them.
- Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you are hired or ask us to delete them earlier.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@sekoman.com and we will reply within 40 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the data protection authority where you live, for example the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong, the UAE Data Office, or your local authority in the European Union.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access is limited to the staff who need it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
